First of all thank you Ron for helping me get logged in. I want to see if you can check on this for me. I've already sent an email and trouble ticket, but I haven't gotten a reply yet. Here is what I sent: Linq s/n 200217728 Mfg. Code: 1260 PR
I'm using a HTC Incredible running Android version 2.3.4 Vivid version 1.70
2008 Jeep Wrangler X auto transmission
When I first got the Linq I plugged into the Jeep got my phone to pair but would not connect. I had a steady blinking power LED, but no bluetooth LED.
I downloaded the Superchips update program and it said my Linq is up to date. I plugged it back into the Jeep, my phone would pair, but not connect. This time I had both power and bluetooth LEDs blinking steady. I connected to the Superchips Update program again to see if there was any updates and it said the Linq was up to date. I plugged it back into the Jeep, my phone would pair, but not connect. This time I only had a blinking power LED and no bluetooth LED. I connected again to the Superchips Update program and now I get a message: (K7) A baud rate error has occured.

Once the LINQ is paired, open the Vivid APP. Within 2-3 secs of opening the APP (Before it fails to connect) push your Menu &H on the phone. Then there is a list of bluetooth devices found. Press and hold for 2 secs on your ** serial number. Then the SC APP should open from there.

It did not work. I even unpaired and paired the devises again. It says: connecting to : 00:06:66:45:13:38 please wait... and never connects then the linq eventually goes to sleep.
I am now running Vivid version 1.76

The Info should have a SCI in front of it.
Any other bluetooth items on in the vehicle at the time? If so, shut them down and try again.
All else fails you can call in and we can try a few things with you.

Yeah, it says SC AVI then some numbers. I did unpair my stereo this time, still no go. I even tried the wife's Droid Eris. It would pair, but not connect. Any other ideas?

No, that is about it.
If you have time we can walk you through it, it will only take about 15-20 mins.
