Already started a case . just curious if anyone else has a 3865 that is used on a 06 Dakota 4.7 that just started giving incorrect screens for wot settings and shift schedules , mine now displays q135 on the low scale and 5900 on high scale on wot and shows 100 to 183.6 on high scale for shiftt schedule it says all shift points are set top 183.6 as stock setting , I had to set my truck back to stock settings cause it made it run terrible shifting was all over the place which is how I found the problem .

yeah I noticed after I updated the programmer and changed the tune from 91 to 87 advanced that the truck started shifting way to soon it would bog down and had low power , I changed it to stock tune noticed it ran better , went to change back to 87 advanced tune and thats when I noticed the screens being changed . I was told that the dodge team was looking at it . at this time the truck is stock tune cause im scared that there is something wrong with the programmer so i dont want to mess the truck up .

Did they give you a case #?
What was the tuners serial number?

case 95983 serial is 1457091 firmware is 01150c v1.21.12 ddb v104 cdb v184 tdb v550 was told dodge team was working on it last email was Monday .

We have had with the engineers since the 10th.

Got an email to try and do a reset all under trans. , did nothing waited a month for them to tell me to reset all , wot settings are still screwed up and all gears are set to 182mph and can only be changed to 100mph on any gear , after maxing out rev limit to 6500 rpm wot 1-2 2-3 automatically changes to 6300 rpm and 6250 rpm and can not be changed . I have tried it on 87 , tow and 91 tunes all are the same . Changed truck to stock dont trust the programmer anymore need it fixed ...... its a 400 dollar paper weight at this point .

Hmmm my 3865 for my dodge 4.7l is the same way. It is all jacked up. i thought it was just me and something i did. It happened after i had updated it a month ago. I have already started a post on mine. Hopefully our issues are the same and will get resolved quick.
I have faith in them, they can fix it.

I have faith to Superchips has never let me down , BUT dont expect a fast fix its been nearly 2 months since first reported and no fix They are trying though , just not fast enough I miss my Programmer .

Both cases are being looked at, I have now a total of 4 people with this issue.
I will let you know when we have a fix for this issue.

Are they getting any closer on a fix ? Have they found what caused it ? I miss my programmer !!!! does superchips have a trade program for upgrades on programmers ?
I wouldnt mind just upgrading to the newest technology if I got a BIG discount on the new programmer. $329 plus Trans. Package for Dodge on 3865 new linq $350
