Easy Update Does Not Talk to my Cortex

I've done a "clean install" of the software twice and rebooted. Superchips Xpress Updater will not talk to my Cortex. It tries, but eventually stops responding and I have to shut the app down via Task Manager. I'm at a loss - what should I do?

If you have time, you can call in and we can walk you through the process.

Most likely you would need to reinstall the device drivers, and reboot after that.

Ron, I called and got great service. Unfortunately, my phone battery died before I was able to tell Tim "thanks". Please tell him if you know him.
