 Post subject: Linq not connecting to the phone?

Go to ‘Settings’ in their phone

Then go to ‘Wireless & Networks’

Then go to ‘Bluetooth Settings’

Located the paired device (ex. SC AVI **)

Hold on the paired device until a menu pops up and they can select the option to ‘Unpair’

Then unplug the Linq from the truck and plug it back in (to make sure it hasn’t gone to sleep)

Verify the red power light is blinking
Then go back through their phone and repair the device (Settings, Wireless & Networks, Bluetooth Settings, Scan for Devices)

Once paired have them go into the Vivid app

It should be attempting to connecting with a spinning circle.

It is imperative that they interrupt the connecting process the first time (before it errors out)

Have them press the menu &H on their phone.

This will bring you to the discover screen

Then locate the paired device (ex. SC AVI **)

Select that device by pressing on it

It should connect after a few seconds
