can the super chip flashpaq work with the six speed transmision? also i just bought this and my truck is 2 months old. i only have 6000 miles on it. i installed the chip and when i get on the gas the chip makes the clutch slip. is there any reason for this?

What vehicle? If Allison trans, I don't think it is supported at all.

the trans is stock. manual 6 speed that dodge has. i called tech support and they said that the chip would work for the truck being that the box says for automatic trans only.

Should work just fine for the engine tuning. Sounds like clutch is either worn or not up to the task of added power. I know that for years, the (* didn't get full power except for with the manual. So yours should have the max factory torque rating, unlike the autos.
With the new 68RFE, that has changed. Now the autos will have more power.
