from the tracking the programmer has been delivered to you, could you please confirm and give me a raw quote of the times you need to ship back?

We found that the eprom in the tuner was scambled, we cleaned up the eprom.
Set it up and tested it, once it comes back you should be able to plug back in and reprogram back to stock or tune it to another power level.
It is in the mail as of today.

Hello Mr. Marco Cerone, 2/22/2012
Enclosed is your tuner. We have repaired the tuner. Please do not update the tuner. Please follow these steps to tune your vehicle.
1) Plug the tuner into your vehicle.
2) Select tune vehicle.
3) Select stock and follow the prompts to return the vehicle to stock.
4) Take your vehicle to the dealer for your emission recall.
5) When you get the vehicle back from the dealer you can program it.
