what do i hafta to do to get this tuner unlocked?? ive read you must send it back and pay a fee but i called and drew told me you cant unlock them?? any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am sorry to say we do not have any support for the MAX style tuners.
We can not unlock, or reprogram them any longer.
