I went to the dealer for an oil change today, I mentioned to them that the air conditioning was not blowing as cold as it should. Service rep called me up at the end of the day and said they charged the system and found a TSB on the air conditioning system, they reflashed the PCM... As soon as I pulled out of the dealership I could tell the reflash took away the cortex program I had. Plugged my cortex in tonight and got the code, "not the original vehicle or program" E-3A

Gather up a copy of the work order for the repair, and give one of our techs a call and we will set up a unlock for the tuner.

Make sure that you have updated the tuner prior to calling.

What is the tuners serial number?

I was out on Friday.
It is ready.
Update the tuner and this will unlock the tuner.

Hello Ron, thanks for the update, however now when i plug the device into the truck I get an error message on the tuner saying.... "Vehicle calibration not on file" go online for an update, i just updated it online again, can you let me know when it will be ready in the database? thank you Steve RON @ SUPERCHIPS wrote: I was out on Friday.

This one may take a little longer with than the 5-7 working days.
They have a heavy work load with all the new files.
