Ron, I noticed on both my 3865 and 3875 that with the latest firmware update (V1.21.10) my tuners have been returned to STOCK. At least that's what "Vehicle Options/Power Level" shows after the updates. I noticed it first on my 3865 and checked my 3875 before updating the tuner. My 3875 had "87 Tune" before the update and "Stock" after. I also noticed that the GAS Truck DB was set to "V000". The Gas Truck DB version reset may be a normal occurrence when the firmware gets updated, I don't know, but it was updated to V540 in the second pass after the firmware was updated.

I have NOT attempted to plug the tuners into the vehicles yet; pending on what we find here, I'll wait until I hear from you.

P.S. Still seeing the key errors; I used my workaround to update the tuners.

P.P.S. Serial numbers below.

Thanks,
Mark

Mark, everything looks fine in your eprom, I believe it is a viewing bug.

Try updating the tuner again and see if your versions change.

The tuner is still set to the vehicles.

Ron

Updated the tuner and received Gas Truck DB V542. Plugged the tuner into the truck and it still showed STOCK when viewing power Level. I then proceeded to tune my truck and it updated Perf 91 however, Speed Limiter, WOT 1-2 and 2-3 were reset to their defaults but Rev limiter kept my value of 6200. The tune went on without a hitch. All is good. I still need to update the Jeep.
