Hi,

I can't buy the trans app for my flashpaq 3875... each time I get an error message like this :
"Unsuccessful Transaction
There was a problem processing your credit card.
The transaction has been declined because of an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder."

The informations are correk and I tried with two cards... I always get the error message... I sent an e-mail to 'sales@superchips.com' two days ago but no answer yet... What can be done ?

Yes, its a non US issued credit card.

I buy everything online with this card with no problems !

I tried with an American express card and it worked. Thanks you for the clue !

I dont know how much people in Canada bough your programmer, but im pretty sure many with the intention of buying the trans app changed their mind after their credit card not worked.... you should fix that !
