Vin unlock never worked

Hi I tried to have my superchips flashpaq vin unlocked a few years ago to sell it but the unlock never went through and i put the tuner on the shelf for a few years. Now i have another truck which works with this tuner is there anyway to reset the vin so it can work on this truck the tuner is locked on another vin in recovery mode still and the previous vin unlock didnt work or was never sent. Tuner s/n is1297465

Andrew, update the tuner again and this will unlock the tuner.
