I have a 2004 Grand Cherokee Limited and a brand new 3875. I received the 3875 and did the online update, then went to tune the Jeep. I received the message "Vehicle calibration not on file" and then it said to update the device online.

This doesn't make sense to me, becuase I just did update it. This is the first time I have used the device, so perhaps I am just not understanding something.

What is the tuners serial number?

How long ago was your last visit to the dealer?

Update your tuner AGAIN and your calibrations will be downloaded to SC server and they will add your calibrations to the database. You should receive a message that your calibrations have been received and they will e-mail you when ready. Your "calibrations" are the vehicle set points and those are not on file with SC. It takes 5-7 business days to get your calibrations loaded into the database. They will e-mail you when ready.

Case#80593

I have set up a case# for this one, and have passed this off to the calibrators.

Please update the tuner so we can pull a special read from the tuner.

Then let me know when you have updated, so I can give it back to the engineers.

Now during the update I get the following message:

(W1) There was an error Uploading Flash Memory file.

After clicking OK, the update finishes and says my device is up to date.

Meanwhile the same message appears on the tuner.

Have you tried to update a second time? It may be worth a try...

Stephen, the update failed.

I have reset up the read for the tuner.

When you go back and update, lower your securities on the PC and give it one more shot.

I have updated again (4th time) no error message this time. Am I now supposed to get an email or do I go ahead and try to tune the Jeep?

No, we are almost half way there.

When I asked you to reupdate for the Read, the information that we needed from the tuner did not get to us.

Then I asked you to reupdate again, this Read, worked.

Now I have pass the information back to the calibrators to make the file.

So will you contact me? Do I check back here? What's next?
