Ron,

I'm selling my programmer and trying to set it back to factory. The only thing I had as an other option was the high idle set, which I returned back. I did plug in my tuner to update it, and now when I plug it in to the truck it say "Memory Check 1" and then gives me a failure buzz. After I proceed as prompted, it tells me there is a "Database Error".

Tuner number is 1165490.

I also went in to "Data Logging" just to make sure I didn't have anything there, and it said "Vehicle not found" and then J1850 or CAN.

Truck hasn't been to the dealer. Did have transmission replaced by a local (* Diesel expert, but he's not a dealer and has tuned trucks himself.

I have set up a one shot program to update to.

Update the tuner once and then give it a shot on the truck.
