I am sorry Ron I know you have answered this before. Here is my scenario:

1 - Verfied my GPS against the speedo in my wranger, bmw and volvo. The speedo reads within 2KPH of the GPS up to 120kph

2 - Measured the size of the tires on my 2006 5.7 commander (265/65/17). They are 29.5 inches from the ground to the top of the tire

3 - Used flashpaq to set the tire size.

4 - Speedo is faster than GPS (see point 1) by 10kph at 120kph with the difference increasing with speed.

5 - Setting the tire size to 1 inch smaller than they actually are fixes the problem.

q1 - What gives?
q2 - Does the tire size change also fix the odometer?

Recalibrating the tire differences will set the speedo, trans shift points and odometer.

Speedometers/ GPS are off usually about 3-5%, as long as the speedo is correct then everything is fine.
Sometimes you need to dial it in.
Ron
