I have a 2005 Jeep GC Limited (WK). They are saying that the Jeep would have to have had the Hot temp recall to have this enabled in the PCM to be read by the tuner.

Yeah, mine has had the trans temp light recall. I want to moniter the temp after my trans cooler install. Thanks.

Swamper, I need you to update the tuner. We need a read of it.
Start off at superchips.com and go to customers and downlaod software.
Then I can set it up.

You would have to uninstall the Superchips easy update program from your PC, and reinstall the new update system from superchips.com. Under Customers , then to internet update. Hot oil temp warning updated at dealer.
