I have a open recall for emission reprogram. I didn't think to restore SuperChips to stock. What do I need to do? They have my jeep n ow so it's out of my hands and probably already done.

We will have to see when your tune the Jeep.
Error E-38 and you have lost the tuning.
IF so call us on Monday and we will unlock the tuner.

Thanks I will do that. I'll have the jeep back Friday and I"ll retune as soon as I get it to see if it still works. It's a emissions recall, so I don't know if they did anything.

Email me directly with the tuners serial number, make sure that the tuner has been updated recently.

OK it's still saying program ID don't exist, or something along those lines - is there something I did wrong? I plugged it in, it analyzed the hardware, and said it was up to date.

I can not find your S/n from the tuner.
Can you post it up for me?
Please try it on the truck, and get me the error code that the tuner is displaying.

I have set up a unlock for the tuner, update the tuner and give it a shot on the Jeep/
Let me know what and if any codes that come up during the tuning.
