Hi there to all, have a 3875 flaspack installed in a 2000 sahara jeep wrangler 4.0l auto tranny and stock fuel injectors.

In this area is so common to upgrade jeep with ford style fuel injectors in order to improve fuel atomization, response and fuel economy.

Recomended injectors are XL2E-C5A which has a 4 holes intead of one in the regular Jeep fuel injectors.

Is there any calibration for this injectors in the 3875 flashpack?
Has someone try this set up before and what your experiences with was?
Does it worth the extra money to upgrade fuel injectors?
Is it possible to run this injectors and superchips 89 tune

Any idea or comment in this regards whould be hogly appreciated.

Superchips does not have any testing with this modification, and can not recommend to to do this with the tuning.

I would consult a Jeep specific forum, with users with the same mod and the same tuner.

So far have not found any info related this combo, so many jeep owners in here has the ford injectors upgrade in their 4.0l but non has a performance cal at all.

People who has take this upgrade claims for a much better idle and slightly better fuel economy. Been there and idle is much better but not fuel economy which can barelly be improved.

Have also try superchips with either 89 and 91 with and without ford style fuel injectors and can not see any fuel consumotion improve.

However this vehicle have had a very nice tune up with fresh plugs and everithing else, I can not noticed any fuel consumption improvement.

Have not try so far the mpg economy cal in my 3875, but seriously doubt it whould make a diference.

I would like to know if the original cal stored at the 3875 can be downloaded for been manipulated with the tunner pro or something similar?

Also is it possible for superchips to make adjustments in the 89 or 91 cal for ford style injectors based in a log file?

Mileage gains are not something we can guarantee with the tuning, although most people do see some gains.

Our tuning is locked to the product, and can not be transfered to a downloadable program to adjust.

Our product is a off the shelf can style tune.
