I have the 3875 flashpaq on my 2007 WK, 4.7L 545rfe and continue to get a P1128/P1129 DTC. I have tried the 87 and 91 octane tunes with the same code. It will come and go as it pleases, but it is consistent. Is this normal?

No there is no codes that should be normal.
Are you running E-85 fuel?

Jeep has a TSB out for this type of issue. (18-040-07) Found by using google:

Code:
P1128 - CLOSED LOOP FUELING NOT ACHIEVED - BANK 1
P1129 - CLOSED LOOP FUELING NOT ACHIEVED - BANK 2

When Monitored:
Engine running in closed loop mode.

Set Condition:
Enable conditions are met and the 02 sensor has not been in closed loop control at least once on each of the two consecutive trips, the MIL illuminates and the DTC is set. Two Trip Fault. Three good trips to turn off the MIL

Possible Causes

RESTRICTED FUEL SUPPLY LINE
FUEL PUMP INLET STRAINER PLUGGED
FUEL PUMP MODULE
O2 SIGNAL CIRCUIT
O2 RETURN CIRCUIT
O2 SENSOR HEATER OPERATION
O2 SENSOR
MAP SENSOR OPERATION
ECT SENSOR OPERATION
ENGINE MECHANICAL PROBLEM
FUEL FILTER/PRESSURE REGULATOR (HIGH)
PCM

I do not use E-85. I do live in CA though and they may use a higher content of ethanol. Don't know for sure though. I will check into the TSB. The O2 sensors are probably about due anyway, getting close to 100k miles on the Jeep.

I figured out what was causing the code. The rear studs on the exhaust manifolds (both Left and Right) had broken, causing an exhaust leak. Since replacing the studs, I have not had a trouble code.

Well I am glad that you figured it out.

Apparently I spoke too soon. Is there something with the gas out here in California that may cause the codes? I drove 3000 miles outside of this stupid state and never had the check engine light go off (tuning installed, 91 octane tune over half the trip). Then within the first tank of gas back in Cali, Ding! Check engine light. I have ran all the different tunes with the same result. I have also tried filling at different stations, Chevron, Shell, BP, 76, ect. I am one tank in after returning it to stock tuning and have not had a light....yet. Maybe its a sign I should get out of this state?

Along with the O-2's being possibily of age, you may want to consult a repair shop. Before throwing any parts at the truck.

It could be a combination of a possible air leak and the trickle down effect shows a 0-2 condition.

Would you advise to load the tuning, wait for the codes and then have the dealer check it out?

I am 2 tanks in on stock tuning and no codes yet.

I do not recommend dealers for diagnosis on issues like these.

They will first blame any aftermarket items on the truck.

I would reload the tuning and if and when the codes come back up, consult a good independent mechanic.
