Express Update software issue

Hello,

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the express update software but it doesn't appear correctly for me when I run it. The right side of the display is cut off after the "L" in HELP and through the "G" in LOG (I assume it says log off, but I can't see anything to the right of that vertical line). Those are the selectable items at the bottom right corner of the display and from there straight up, everything to the right is missing. I don't know if there is something else that I need to see or of this is no big deal.

There is nothing there to see over on that side.
Except log out.
The screen resolution seems to be a issue with the update program.
