Switching 87 to 91 performance tune?

I was wondering what's the best plan of attack for doing this? Would one return it back to stock then 91 performance, or just go ahead and switch it to the 91 performance tune and good to go?

If switching tunes, no need to tune back to stock. Tune to 91 and you're good to go.
