updated tuner and now engine/trans tune is gone??

The update is set to persist, the only way this can change is if you go to a dealer and they reflash the trucks computer and it changes the base program.

I don't understand. Are you saying that the reason the old update worked was because my pcm needed to be reflashed by the dealer? Or do you mean the tune will stay the same as is now until I get a dealer flash. If I had to get a flash later down the road are you saying i would need an update?

We did not change your stock tuning. Just the internet update.
If the Jeep goes back to the dealer the tuner would have to be manually adjusted if the tuner says it needs a update to match the new files.
