I guess that post from Ron about January 2012 and confidence in the team is now out the door. Time to get looking for other performance mods; Superchips seems to be out of this game.

The 2011 Jeeps currently do not have a expected time frame.

It can take a few months or until next year.

Their is no ETA at this point.

Can you unlock my transmission options so I can at least fiddle around with that?

If it is for the 2011's that would be in the engine/trans tuning. We are not able to communicate with these modules.
