With every new change to the vehicle that are implied we have to start from the ground up. We take the time to do it right.

It is a little harder than the previous years to crack the combination, but we will get it, and get it right.

And you can take this to the bank...

One of the largest issues to overcome, so I've heard elsewhere, is Chrysler changed the algorithm to write the calibrations back to the PCM. It's cracking this algorithm that is causing ALL third party tuners headaches with the 2011 vehicles.

Hang in there folks; it WILL get better.

All the other companies are waiting on us to crack the code, this is why we do not see any other brands able to offer a product for the 2011's.

not to sound like the nay sayer here, but...

in almost a year your still attempting to crack the code? are we talking enctyption or obfuscation? There a big diffrence, obfuscation you'll eventually be able to guess, encryption is much harder.

I need to introduce you to a few black hat forums....put the code out there, you'll have your answer in a few hours.

( yes, I'm a competer nerd who like to off road... :-)

2008 and up Jeeps are encrypted, we just have to find the right way to do the new ones. It is back to basics onthis one.

Our engineers have a BIG stick they are poking at it.

You think that this will be a problem for the 2012s?

All rights reserved it should fall in line afterwards

Chrysler is not going to change their tech scan tools that often to accommodate newer years.

Alright Ron, I pulled the trigger and I have over $6500.00 of mods going on this week it sure would be awesome if I could use my programmer to make everything complete.

I have been told by customers that the advanced features work on the 2011, like tire and gear ratio .

Do not hold me to this. This is not a designed factor.

Just something I have heard that customers have done.

Have any of you tried the advanced tuning on the 2011s as far as the tire size and pressure settings? I don't want to mess up my Jeep or tuner unless someone can confirm this works.

*************************CONFIRMED**********************************

It worked on mine for changing the tire size, for the TPMS the lowest pressure you can set it at is 26psi which does no good for me because I completely removed my sensors. I don't believe I will be able to completely disable TPMS until the unit can tune my Jeep. As for the gear ratio I have not had an opportunity to regear my Jeep yet so I am not sure if that function is available.

Alright tks for letting me know. I have one more question than for Ron or anyone that knows. I used this on my 2010 but returned everything to stock when I traded it in. Do I just plug it in to the 2011 or do I need to send Superchips my new vehicle info or what?

No, they are stand alone features.
No calibration changes.
I would just update the tuner prior to trying it.
