New Superchips owner, I just tuned my 2010 JK today with the 87 Tune and took it out for about a 20 minute ride. Very audible pinging, particularly uphill/3000+ RPM. Even when I turned it off in the garage, it pinged/dinged for another five minutes like a musical. I reset it ro stock, and no problems. Back to 87 Tune, and pinging.
I've read numerous posts about pinging and it seems to be a case-by-case fix. Here's all my info:
3875 Serial #: 1491197 v.1.21.04
Location: Louisville, KY (700ft above sea level)
Fuel: 87 Octane
Jeep: 2010 JK Unlimited Mountain Edition, automatic, 7700 miles.
Mods: 35" tires/18" wheels (inc. spare), front bumper, winch, 5.13 gears
I know I've got a little extra weight, so that may be an issue with the tune (though it isn't an issue running stock tuning). I've also set the tire size (34.50" under load) and gear ratio.
Is there a specific/custom program for JK's with extra weight? Some other issue?

Thanks. As a side note, even with the 87 Tune, I really noticed a difference in acceleration and general responsiveness compared to stock when driving about 40 "around town" miles today. Awesome!
