Hey i am new to this forum. First i must say i love the cortex programmer for my truck MAN WHAT A DIFFERENCE. as many gas trucks as i have ridden in stock then tuned you deffintly could tell the power difference from dead stop and on with the 93 performance tune. But my problem is i went into the data log feature and ever time i try to go into it on the programmer it tells me needs to be updated. So i bring it inside plug it into my computer i all ready have the superchips easy update installed on my computer. And ever time it tells me that programmer is up to date. But it still will not allow me to enter data log on tuner. If anyone knows why please let me know. I have also looked for the icon some people talk about that you have to click on to add data log in the superchips easy update but i cant seem to find that. I am just looking to watch tranny temps, oil pressure, coolant temp, and so forth not really to data log. Thank you for your help.

I have setup a one shot to add the DAQ to the tuner for you.
Update the tuner and this will add this as a function.

Ron Thanks Ron that got it now i can watch it all. I have a trans. temp in the dash already but it does not show actual temp. of tranny just low, normal, high. Is there any way to be able to add that to it also so i can watch the actual temp of the tranny. Because really i have no idea what those temps are on gauge. I just pull a 8,000 plus travel trailer with the truck. And i would love to be able to know right were temps are. Also i must say i love the programmer also in the tow mode pulling camper makes a nice difference. I am able to hold gear little longer when going up slight hills. Thanks

No, we do not have the ability to add anymore PIDS than what are available in the option.

well thanks anyways. I really do love the programmer pulling the camper made a nice differnece being able to hold a gear climping a slight hill now. Guess i will be getting a digital trans gauge.

Trans temp gauge is a good bit of insurance.
