Gas Truck DB Update from 199 to 200

My Cortex 4950 Gas Truck DB was updated from 199 to 200. What is the DB update? Is there a performance update on all Tunes? Should I tune it back to Stock and then tune it to Performance?

We have not updated the tuning on the 4950 since it was manufactured.
You are up to the current version.

You do not have to go to stock to switch from one program to another.
