I have the Flashpaq 4865 and have been having an issue doing any of the programs. I receive "communication error !!!" when I try to program. I am able to read my vehicle information successfully just not program. I do have everything off when I do try to run the programming. The battery is fairly new. There is not an off switch for the nav so not sure if that is the issue.

Were there any error codes?
The Nav should not matter to the tuning process.
Make sure that the tuner is up to date, try it again and gather any error codes that the tuner displays.
Watch your key cycles, when it prompts you to turn the ignition on make sure that is it 2nd click forward in the Run position.
Either post the results up here, you can give one of our techs a call directly for a faster response.

Anthony, I need you to update the tuner again for me. I have set up a special read for the tuner. Let me know when you get this updated. I have sent this over to the engineers to review.
