HI! Just had my 2001 Mustang GT completely overhauled. Do I need to re-program the car? And also I lost the cable for my programmer and wonder if I have to buy the same type or can I just pick one up at any electronics store? And one more, the OD light continuously blinks, will the programmer reset it or is it able to give diagnostics? Sorry, I don't know much about the computer/electronics with this, so any feedback will be appreciated.

Which model tuner do you have?
If it is the newer flashpaq or Cortex tuner then the cable is universal and can be purchased from a electronics store.
If it is the older 1725 then the cable is bought only direct from us ($30).

As for the flashing OD, did you do anything special to the trans, like a shift kit?

If not then there is something going on the with the trans torque converter.
