Ok i've had my superchip flashpaq for about three years and only updated it once, I got it for my 2006 mustang gt then went back to the shop that sold it to me and updated it so it could tune my 2008 v6. Now i have an 08 gt500 and i already tuned it with the perfomance tune, but i noticed that when i stop at a stop light or sign the rpm stays at 1500-1600 on its own then falls to the normal 1000. Is this normal? Also is there any updates for my flashpaq and do you guys have a tune for the ford racing cai. I want to buy it but it says calibration required. So i was wondering if you guys can help me get the ford racing cai tune and should i remve the flashpaq from my car since it hasn't been updted in about 3 years?? HELP

Welcome to Superchip's Forum!!

No that is not normal. We should have a CAI file up there for the Ford racing file.

The car would need to be tuned and then go back and update, and this will appear.

So then i keep my car programed then get an update after i install the ford racing cai?
I dont hve the cai but i will be getting it soon my main concern is if i can keep my car programed and not hurt anything since i havent upgraded the flashpaq in 3 years..

Correct.

So you are not running right with the tune alone on the GT500?

Please update the tuner and reload it on the car, if you are still having a issue with the tuner I will look into it./
