I just purchased an 1825 Flashpaq for my 2006 Mustang. I updated the flashpaq to the latest database version, went out to my car and attempted to flash my car. After it read the stock tune I received a msg New database requred please go to www....

I recently had my 30K service on my car and had the PCM flashed by the dealership as I was told there were some updates for my car. This might explain why the current database 46 wouldn't work on my car.

I called customer service and was told that after I connected my flashpaq to my pc my stock tune data was sent to flashpaq and they would write a an updated tune for my car and expect one within 3 to 5 days.

My question to anyone is -- what is the realistic turnaround time for this process? I feel like I am in for a long wait? I'd appreciate any feedback.

Thanks,
Rich

3-5 working days is kind of low in my opinion.
If you asked me I would say 5-7 working days, and we will contact you via email when the files are done and ready for download.

Still do not have a Tune for my 2006 Ford Mustang V6. After 3 weeks of owning my flashpaq I have had no luck in getting this resolved. If I can't get this resolved soon then what is the return policy with Flashpaq? My store won't take it back and said to call Flashpaq. I want it to work but I dont want to wait a month or more. My money is needed elsewhere.

After going round and round with engineering it seems they can't get my flashpaq to work. I've asked to get a refund but nothing has been done. I've talked to two different reps. One even took my number and the store's number I purchased it from but that's about it.

Does Flashpaq have a management? I would like to simply obtain a refund as I have a product that is not working and I've lost faith in the product. And when I say its not working I mean its really not working. Its never programmed my car period. The authorized seller told me I had to go to Flashpaq because he doesn't take returns.

Can someone from Flashpaq help?

Thanks,
Rich

What is the tuners serial number?

Do you know who you were speaking to here?

According to the engineering deaprtment the programs in your car are not stock. The only resolution to the problem is having the cars computer flashed back to stock at a local Ford dealer.

Ron,

I took my car to the dealer who I paid $60.00 to put the stock tune on my car. This included the whole computer system for the car. According to my receipt and a follow up call to Ford my car has the stock tune.
