Sorry I don’t have time to read through all the post and figure out which programmer is right for me so I'm asking for your help

I want to get rid of the AFM (4 banger mode) this is a must
and the other reason is to just have better and more efficient 6.0
All I have done to the truck is put on Cat back exhuast one in and dual out to back of the truck everything else is still stock

if you would please tell which programmer and which program is best for this truck
