i just recently put a new jasper enigne in my 1998 chevy silverado. the engine is a stock replacement. i also just recently purchased a superchip flashpaq for my truck also. i have a k&n cai and dual cat-back, no muffler. i was wondering if this programmer will run right with that aftermarket motor or not.

Welcome to Superchip's Forum!
As long as the motor is full stock build, you can use a tuner with no problems.

thanks. yes it should be rebuilt stock motor. have had the chip in for a week and running it on 87 octane performace. run great. smooth shift points. going to switch over the 91+ octane tonight to see how that works

alright thank you but i dont really understand what sc shift is. and i dont know what pressure and stuff to set it on? this is all new to me

SC (superchips) presets are the middle of the scale.
