Is the new SAVE programming the only tune receiving the new DOD management, transmission, etc. updates ?

I am currently using the 87 Perf in my 2009 5.3 vin3, because the power is almost the same as the 91 Perf. Are these updates now also in the 87 Perf ?

When I updated the tuner all it said was "updating" but didn't say what it was updating.

What is the difference in power and mileage between 87 Perf and SAVE.

Nothing has changed with the tuning in quite a while.

The Save tune VS. the 87 tune. I would say that the save tune has less power, less throttle sensitivity and shorter shifts, than the 87 tune.


Updates are their for adding more stock tuned files to the database. Nothing changed in the power or options of the product.
