I have a 2000 Suburban 2500 with the 6.0 and 3.73 gears, I'm looking for a little more power for towing our 7000 pound travel trailer and better gas mileage while not towing. What improvements can I expect with a Superchips tuner??

Welcome to Superchip's Forum!!!

On the 6.0L trucks we made 25hp and 30ftlbs of torque at the wheels on towing, this tune requires you to run 91 or better octane.

Mileage on the 2500 chassis is going to be hard. You may gain a mile to the gallon or may not gain at all.

thanks for the reply, the Suburban actually tows pretty good unless there's lots of hills, and I've had it long enough to accept the mileage, but every little bit helps.
