Hey Ron.I had a 08 H3 Hummer and am trading it for a 09 H2 Hummer.How do I remove the old tune for the 08 H3 and get a new one for my 09 H2 I am picking up tomorrow,Sat.May.12.Please let me know what you suggest.Thanks.Nick...

Just plug the tuner in and go to tune vehicle, and pick the stock setting and program it in.

Do not pick stock with options, just the one that says "Stock".

Thanks Ron.I did that already.What I meant was since I will no longer have the H3,how do I remove the H3 programmer tune from the tuner,and buy the tune for the H2 I am getting tomorrow.I just dont want to mistakenly load the H3 tune in the H2,or is there no way that can happen.Plus,how do I buy a tune for my new H2 and add it to the programmer.I forgot how to do it.Thanks.Nick...

Did you remove the tuning from the first truck?

GM tuners will not force a file from another VIN into a different truck.

I would try it on the new truck and gather any error codes IF it does not work.
