HI. I am a newbie to SuperChips and tuning, and this is my first post. Please be easy on me, haha. I have a 2012 GMC SIERRA 4.8L with a 4 speed transmission. I love this truck. I am just looking for that little extra power boost without damage to the truck. I am currently running the 87 tune. Seems to be working ok for me up to now. I just didn't like the 1-2 gear shifting, a little hard I think, but Ron gave me a hint in the last email. I am just curious what others with the same truck model are doing? What's the best way you guys found to tune it? Like I said up to today the truck, on the performance side, is pretty stock other then the 87 tune. Is this the best way I could tune it to get the best performance possible, no damage to the truck, and better or the same as stock fuel mileage. Is there a danger with running the performance tune with only 87 octane fuel? How could I set all the settings in the 87 tune to be like the performance tune without the need for 91 octane if possible. I know this is a lot in 1 post but lots of questions for this biginner... Tanks in advance...

With the advance in the timing that we add to the Performance tune, can cause spark knock (Pinging) or detonation. I do not recommend to run anything less than 91 octane in the performance tune.

Shifts pressures can be adjusted to your liking, the SC level is in the middle of the scale.
10PSI, you can go up to 20psi or down to a stock setting.

HI. I've been using the 87 tune for a while now and I have to say I love what it does to my truck. What else should I had for more torque/response/fuel mileage? I'm thinking about a throttle body spacer, cold air intake, and a SprintBooster. What would you recommend? Thanks...

TB spacer and CAI are not going to help in bottomend torque. They will help in the mid range of the powerband.

I have never used a spring booster, but that is for throttle response.
A less restrictive muffler and a less restrictive air filter can help in bottomend and mileage.
