Im not getting much better gas miliage than i was when i was stock and im just wandering what the best settings for the tuner would be . Or if there is a way to make it get better gas miliage....

Depending on which motor you have, if you have the 5.4L I would suggest the 87 octane tune, 4.6L the 91 perf tune.

How do you change it from 87 to 91 after the 87 is is already installed... ive tried everything and it wont let me... i dont even see the option to go back to stock. I figured you probably had to go back stock to reinstall the 91 octane file... When i get it installed will it require me to run 91 octane fuel to ensure performance???

Change setup, pick power level, then save. Exit and go to "program vehicle".
