Can FlashPaq be used on another vehicle?

I have a FlashPaq 2815 That I purchased 3 years ago to use on a 2007 chevy 4.8L. I no longer own that truck. I did return it to stock before selling it. I have had this tuner in the garage for the past 2 years and would like to sell it. Will there be any problems using this on another vehicle?

As long as you did return the truck to stock, then it would program another vehicle.
