How to "unlock" flashpaq?

Does tuning my truck back to "stock" unlock the flashpaq for use on another vehicle? I'm asking because I put my truck back to stock settings and the tuner still says "linked to vehicle"

Go to the "Info and settings" area of the tuner, under this option, you can view what the vehicle is locked on.
