Ok so i ran the Diagnostics on my 2008 Dodge ram 1500 hemi and its showing two code but im unsure of what they mean, can anyone help, or shpould i just call my local Dodge dealer? my stock automatic car starter will start the truck run for 5 seconds then shut off, but when i turn it over by key it starts and runs fine.
The first code is P0406 EGR POSITION SENSOR CIRTUIT HIGH
The second one is P0405 EGR POSITION SENSOR CIRTUIT LOW
Do those mean anything to anyone?

Sounds like the EGR is failing, not common, but it happens.
I would take the tuning out for a week, and check to see if the codes come back up.
Do not clear them, then contact the dealer or personal mechanic for repair.

ok thanks i will give that a try and repost.
The other day the CEL turned off for the majority of the day then turned back on while i was driving., its done this twice now but ill try what you said to do. thanks again
