new to superchips forum

hello im new to this forum, i just bought a superchip flashpaq programmer for my dodge hemi, i thought i got a great deal for $180, then i plugged it in and it says the vin is locked, is it true that superchips can fix this over the internet for a fee?

There's a fee to unlock it. It's $100.

Your best bet is to contact whomever you purchased it from and ask then to pay the unlock fee.

thanks, i cant reach the seller now "go figure" but i guess 280 for a superchips isnt that bad, just not the deal i was hoping for.
