Have you loaded the tuning to the truck?
Our tuning dramatically changes this characteristic.

I have set it for 91 octane and ajusted my speedo to the 35" tires
Didn't see anything that would correct the delay !

No there is no adjustment to the throttle slope.
Does the trucks engine have any modifications?

Isn't the truck more responsive off idle with the tuning installed?
