I got the 3865 super chip last week down loaded the Quick tune it worked fine ran a diagnotic check it worked ok. To day I wanted to run the diagnotic check again and the screen went blank cant get anything to show up on the screen came in the house got on the computer and downloaded the last program that went fine had full screen view of the download went back out to the truck same thing a blank screen. I have a 06 Ram hemi 2500. The flash paq # is 1543451

Check the cigarette lighter fuse in the truck.
We get our power through that circuit.

Thanks Ron for the quick reply.I went out checked the fuse it was ok.checked the lighter it worked ok with the key on, checked the extra power outlet it was ok. Still blank screen with key on or off

If you have a test light or multimeter, you can test pin #16 in the port. It should have 12V all the time.
If you have power there.
Then the tuner is bad, and it may need to come back to be repaired, or if you get an exchange and get another one, we can create a program to force your truck to stock.

How am I going to find pin 16 I looked at the truck and couldn't figure it out.Maybe if you can tell me which pin is 16 on the superchip I can match it up with the truck conector.

top row is the longer one
top row far right is #1
bottom row far left lower #16
