Hi all new to this forum, is it advisable to update a new flashpaq b4 fist use or just use as is. I have 09 Avalanche 5.3l

I plug in my Superchips flashpaq to my 2002 duramax and it does not turn on. I hook up to by 2002 GMC Siera and it does turn on. I do not know why?

Check to see if you have power from your cig lighter, if NOT check your fuses.

It all depends on when it was manufactured. I would say, try it and if it tunes, then you are fine.
