USB Port Time Out????

Hey Ron..
I finally got around to downloading the Airaid download (CAI), and it tells me that it is analyzing, port open,,,,,,, then says USB port time out!!!!! HUH!!!!!!!!!
I have paid several times for the Airaid down load, and still can't download..
My Cortex 1950 serial # is 1480408. The programmer still says,,, CAI is not enabled.
Getting confused plus a little @.
Can you help me out..
I will try again..

I was having this same issue. Make sure you are using a USB port in the back of your computer tower. The front ones do not provide enough power.

I have been using my laptop for all updates. It works just fine..

If you were updating last night, there was some difficulties, I would try it again today.
