problem with 1865

not sure if it the program or the tuner, but i cant update the tuner i have update the software and re-installed it a few times, i keep getting a error "(w1) the was an error uploading EEprom file. Error: 5 and the tuner is saying usb port time out.

also not sure if its under warrnty yet but the coating around the obd2 connector is coming back leaving the smaller wire exposed, im afraid the will brake if not watched.

ok it finally decided to work although its alot slower then what it used to be. i still would like to see if i could get the connector fixed
