I tried to install the cortex program into my 2007 lincoln naviagator and it almost gets throught the install and the error code g-07 comes up. Any insight would be great. I updated the programmer online and it still will not work.

I will add that I can put this back into my 2009 f150 and it works perfectly.

This is very weird, G-07 code refers to a write flash error (hardware).

BUT
You are able to go back and tune the F150. Which should not be able to be done, if it were a harward failure.


What is the tuners serial number and part number.

How long have we owned the tuner?

10327 is the mfg code.

these are the numbers on the unit. I bought it new in April this year. I tried to update the unit again and tried and it got the same thing. it got to about 80 percent of the stock file copy and it quite.

And it will tune the F150?

It would be best to get it back to us for us to look at. Please call one of our techs a call directly with your tuner and proof of purchase. We will issue you a return authorization number to send it in under.
