my turck is a 2004 f-150 5.4 can some one tell me the best sitting's for my truck. not towing.thanks for your help :?:

On the 2004 F150 5.4L I would recommend to use the 87 tune, for power and mileage.

87 tune= 25hp and 28ftlbs at the wheels
91 perf tune= 27hp and 30ftlbs

Shift points at Stock +300rpms, you can go up to 500rpms per gear
Shift firmness= Stock + 10PSI, you can go up to 20PSI per gear

This will get you started, get used to the tuning and adjust up or down to your likeing.
