About 2 updates ago my truck was able to top out at 170km ish i was happy to go from my stock 150 to 170 and i updated it a week later and now it only goes to 160...What is up with that

Is the tuner set to raise the limiter?

yes sir it goes 150 km/h stock and with the speed limiter raised it use to go 170 km/h but i updated it and now it only goes 160 km/h ish

You are updating on the old update system, I need you to uninstall the update and reinstall the new update system from Superchips.com, you will need to re-register on the new system.
Update the tuner and reload it on the truck, and test it.

well i tried installing update wouldnt work. so i uninstalled easy update tried to in stall it again and it didnt work and now i cant install easy update so now i dont have anything to update my tuner

ok i disabled my nortons was able to install it but when i plugged my programmer in it wwas up to date

ok i retuned my truck and it didnt work and i aslo noticed that my axel ratio is saved on my tuner to 4.30, but i have saved it to 4.10 many times and it wont change and ive never put it to 4.30 ever..

Give one of our techs a call directly and we can walk you through this.
When it shows the 4:30 in the tuner, this may be the default number. Are we looking at the info and settings area?
