I recently went to the dealer and they flashed a new PCM update to cover a TSB. Ever since then, the SC won't program the truck, just stating a 'tuner error' and to call Superchips. I called SC support, and Ron stated that the tuner needed to be updated to support the latest stock program, and he would call back in a couple days to let me know. That was over a month ago... When will I be able to use my tuner again?!

What is the tuner serial number?

We have posted a program for your tuner, update the Linq again.
This will bring you up to DB 480.
Let me know how it goes.

Ron Thanks Ron, this update seems to have worked. I was just able to complete the full programming procedure, to mileage XS tune. It started fine after programming.
